busy busy

have been neglecting my bloggie again.. shame on me~ :( i just didn't have the time, was rushing for my assignment which is due this monday and i've just started... like yesterday? YIKES! i know i know! not that i procrastinate my work, but i need to accompany my bf and his family to Gold Coast! which was a superb outing i must say~ wat? GOLD COAST again? yeap!! it's my 3rd time to Movie World and also to Surfer's Paradise~

it wasn't a dull outing at all, calv may think that i was bored.. but i wasn't.. i was just tired and had insufficient sleep... hey.. a gurl needs some rest okay!! been walking almost all the time, uphill & downhill, and not to mention that the weather here is getting weirder.. it was awkward to have a sultry weather in the afternoon and when it gets dark, the temperature suddenly drops till 13 degrees or lesser. not to mention that the wind is very strong during the nite..:( phew! how to adapt like tat?

it's hard to decide wat to wear at times, know? like that day, we went to Australia zoo.. OH YES I WENT THERE, AT LAST! CRIKEY MATE! XD.. it was so hot!!! i tot i was smart to only wear my shorts and tank top but soon i realize that it was the wrong outfit to put on! rain poured, unexpectedly, and even wearing my jacket doesn't seem to help much..curses! n yea, windy as well. :( should have worn my thick jacket and jeans instead. but again.. who knew?

what am i blabbing bout? hm.. should just get straight to the point!!! btw, remember that i mentioned about *to be continued* in my previous post? guess i need to alter that sentence as both alvin and pei kei has already blog bout the outing, and it was very in detail and i don't think i have much things to blog bout already! so...

did u remember my post bout the Surfer's Paradise beach? yeap.. it was winter that time.. freezing cold... there was hardly anyone on the beach! :( this time , however, i'm lucky to visit the beach again!! twice !! and it SPRING!! oh boy!! so many beach babes n hunks!!!!!!!!!

I don't know when, but suddenly everyone started burying each other in the sand... Alvin was first.. hhaha.. and his sand boobs were the biggest among pkeis and calv's. when pei kei was buried, the sand keeps crumbling down cos she keeps laughing .. haha n we need to bury her in many layers instead!! the guys were very happy that pkei's being buried.. just look at them!! stepping on her !! ish! next was calv's turn.. OH!! look! so cute!! his sand boobs were distorted and his sand penis looks more like a mountain! =-='' i tried very hard to make it looks like the real thing.. but to no avail!! :(



ME ? nah i was not buried!! *thank god* time did not allow.. aww... .. we were running out of time, and the sky was getting darker... HEHE.. :P

exam's over!!! hip hip HURRAY!!!!!

this final paper is a bugger cos the paper before this was about 5 days ago... and i can't HALELUJAH yet until i finished the very last one, which is today! wweee!

so many things to blog bout!! so many pictures n video to show my loyal readers!!!~~ especially the trip to Gold Coast, met Pei Kei and Alvin for the very first time!! very surprised that we could click so easily and that we've so much in common!! we're bloggers, for instance!:P

so where should i start? guess i'll just blog bout our outing briefly, cos we have 4 bloggers here , and wouldn't want to have 4 similar contents ler.. can be boring mar rite?no doubt calvin will have the most things to blog bout, so make sure u read his blog oh!

thinking bout it, we've 500+ freaking pictures during our trip!!! crazy!~!!!~ *30% of the pictures belongs to pei kei alone* hehe nola jk jk~ so wat's my first impression on both of them? i'm gonna use the F word!!! they are so much FUN!!

alvin especially, i gotta hand it to him, he's 23 or is it 24? think it's the latter la.. :P plays ROSE online.* an RPG online game, with very very cute characters, killing M&Ms to collect points* =-=' and ironically, he's a lecturer, teaching in Melbourne, earning big bucks..envy him!! alvin is such a joker! i bet no one takes him seriously during his lecture.. well, at least i won't.. XD

pei kei, on the other hand, is very matured, *seriously la, alvin n calv stop laughing*, but she is very fun to be with, always saying that i'm innocent.. :P am i? hehehe..

she gets along with both of the guys very well, especially alvin, very friendly indeed. i do envy the way how she can easily open up to newly met friends. unlike her, i'm kinda quiet & shy person~ :( she's graduating soon btw, in Sydney!! congratz gurl!! XD.. dun trip on the stage k? n calvin told me that his mom thinks u're sui!! not suei!! means pretty oki!! XD

very busy lately lor!!!! i know i know!! excuses after excuses!!but i really am busy!!! just came back from Gold Coast yesterday, calv's family just arrived today, calv's graduation tomorrow.,and i still have another exam this friday, fuh!!!!siao!

and after that,THANK GOD I HAVE HOLIDAYS!! finally!! BUT!!! it'll be a busy one!! tonnes of assignments to do , so much studies to catch up with and will be going to Seaworld with calvin's family.. hehe :) hope it'll be fun outing lor :)

window shopping!!

i was sleep deprived the day before, busy studying last minute for the anatomy theory exam..:( never never procrastinate!! the next day, after the exam, i was so tired but i need to attend chem prac after that! it's a freaking 2 hours and 25 minutes of chemistry prac alrite? so much to do~ need to be so focused in the prac, precise measurement, collaborate with my lab partners, following the instructions step by step, or else.... *KABOOM* n the results ? zero!! n who is to be blamed? me!! :P thank god Karen understands my weary condition and was there to observed my actions, making sure that i did the correct procedures~! hehe~ thanx karen~ n yea u too maggie!! :D


after the prac, i was beyond my limit point, i wanted to get some sleep! HOWEVER, i was 2 zones away from home... fuh! walking is impossible to reach my home now.. that's the bad thing bout staying far away from the city.. :( oh well, it's alrite, since all i need is to catch a bus , and it's just a walking distance to my place from the bus stop. :P so both pro n cons were weighed properly lor~ :)


and when i did reached home, i slept like a pig for about 4-5 hours? i think. ..calv joined me too... *although he was at home the whole time, watching anime* AND when i finally woke up, he was still sleeping... =-='' .. tat's wat i call.. TZU !


after sufficient rest, i felt lazy to do almost anything, and blogging was of em. :P sorry ya! haha ~ and after lazing around in my room for another 4-5 hours, i began to feel sleepy again, and dozed off a couple of minutes later.. zzzZZzz... *calvin was looking at me like this *


the next day, which is today, we decided to explore Indooroopilly's huge shopping mall~ weee!! it's our 1st time there and we're excited!! but 1st!!! we went to the city to have our brunch~ wanted to try something new, instead of the same ol' Suncrane, and finally decided to have Fish&Chips, Chicken Schnitzel and Kabana*a red juicy sausage*

i actually have another photo of me eating the kabana.. but looked very obscene!! hahah:Pdun imagine k!


when we reached the shopping mall, the atmosphere in the mall was kinda.. dead.. calv says that it's just not the same feeling he gets in 1U or Midvalley.. and says that it's like shopping in Jaya Jusco or Kotamas..~ i agreed~ probably it's a weekday and everyone is working or still in school.~* hehe i'm very lucky to have only 3 days of classes per week*

after a few hours of walking, i was weak with fatigue, and was very quiet. calv was astonished as to him, i am known as the *forever-yacking-non-stop-queen* so he tried to cheer me up, asked me get a coffee, brought me to c pretty clothes, but to no avail. *cos there wasn't any pretty dress with a fair price and i couldn't find any cafe that sells ice blended coffee* i was feeling like crap, and suddenly, he shouted with enthusiasm, EH BI!! GOT PET SHOP!! PET SHOP!!


hahah i love animals! especially doggies... small puppies!! my fatigue was gone all of the sudden!!! and i quickly walked into the shop and awww!! i immediately fall in love with a 12week old, male, shih tzu!! such playful, furry puppy!! i like i like!!

here's a video tat i took!! both me n calv were lucky to be there at the right time becos the shop owner wanted to clean the dog's cage, and he was kind enough to let us hold it, touch it.. :) ohh! so adorable! i want one!! soon soon! shih tzu n maltese are incredibly cute!! XD

there were many animals there too!!! including calv's latest obsession!! HERMIT CRAB!!!.. colourful shells huh? such small creatures!

after visiting the pet shop, we were again, lucky to find a place that sells ice cream mocha drink! yea!! it tasted like how i want it to be.. :) happy gurl again!:) btw, the ceiling on top of the cafe is very pretty...

the shopping mall wasn't big, we managed to explore the entire building within 3 hours or so, and it was still early for us to return home. as a result, we went to another mall tat captured our eyes during our journey to Indooroopily's shopping mall.

from the outside, the building looks huge, kinda like midvalley actually.. but inside.. =-=.. so disappointing!! after 30 minutes of walking around the place, we decided to head home! haha :( tat's the 1st and last time i'll be going there~.. such a dull place.. oh!! but it does has a good point !! it has a library !!!! haha wat a peculiar sight wei!!

* oo just got to know my anatomy prac results a few hours ago, and it was... OK... considering tat i had a very busy week and had to juggle between organic chem and anatomy.. phew*

exam was tough

BUT I'm TOUGHER!!!!!!!



haih! as i've blogged previously, i have 2 exams on monday, and both were ...HORRIBLE!! nope.. no kidding! kinda regret that i didn't read the textbooks for both of the subjects.. bought them for bout 100 aud ..and i hardly touch em. =-='' mostly of the questions asked in psycho were from the textbook, yea so,..kinda crappy ..

i know i won flunk for this subject but hey, i dun think i can get distinction either. crap! :( and i went off 15 minutes earlier rather than checking the paper over n over again, like i always do. I was too worried bout my anatomy exam at that time, so i rushed out from the class, without thinking bout the consequences.. haih!

after waiting impatiently for another 2 hours, me , sarah n emily went into the anatomy lab, and my mind went totally went blank when i saw all the anatomy models standing there on the table. Frustrated, i knew wat they were, but i forgotten what were their names . I was worried. I was confused. For the 1st few questions, answers were blurry, but as time passes, i slowly remembered em, one by one,i slowly gained my confidence. i was convinced, i am satisfied with the exam. but , is that enough for me to get a distinction? .. shake head.. :(

it was a nerve wrecking experience. I will never want to go through that again! i need to start readin my lecture notes and the TEXTBOOKS consistently! fuh! :(

by the way, i have another 2 exams next week, organic chemistry and anatomy*theory*. crap! i'm so busy this week!! i need to move my stuffs to my new place tomorrow! crap! i have bout 8 more topics to go.. sheesh! i think my mid term results will be bad.. :( pray for me , peeps! i need all the luck that i can get!!!

enough bout exams!!frust! i 've been listening to this song , cute song indeed, hope u all peeps agree with me! it makes me happy... u? *sounds like the song STAND BY ME , rite?* ah.. just listening to this song, lessen my burden a lil~

Riverfest spectacular!!

it was saturday , and i was so anxious to see wat's the fuss about Riverfire Festival but at the same time, I was worried about my 2 major exams on Monday *psychology and human anatomy*. oh boy! thank god i did went for the riverfire fest!! no regrets!! it was marvelous! simple extraordinary!

u won't experience this back in malaysia,i mean like seriously. the fireworks display is like 100X better than in malaysia and the weather is so cooling unlike msia's sultry and humid weather.. and there were tonnes of people squeezing around to watch the fireworks and we hardly sweat at all, instead, both me n baby were shivering.. it was so cold during the nite. fuh! 1st time experience such a thing.. :P in such a huge crowd!!!

as time is running short,i wanted to spend more time with my bf.. he's leaving by the end of this month . sigh* so i didn't join my friends this year, but i dun mind, cos there's always next year, and the year after, but for my bf.. :(

leaving that sad part aside, i was in awe when i saw all the beautiful fireworks in the sky.. so many of them, so synchronize.. good song choice were played during the fireworks.. especially when they played the song, Sweet Escape by Gwen, everyone was like WOOO HOOO!! WEEE HOOO!! omigod!! the crowd were awesome!!! btw here's a video of the riverfest 2007!! btw, the fireball thingy is actually a jet, with fire coming out from the back.. kewl huh!! looked like some alien space ship rite? :)oo make sure u watch the last few seconds of the clips, they have heart shaped fireworks.!!! so thoughtful n creative!!
wat do u think of the fireworks?!?! kewl rite.. there were fireworks everywhere~~ along the river , the bridge as well as the tall buildings!! u dun even know where to look at!!!i'm really out of words.. just come to brisbane on the 1st of sept and u'll understand wat i'm trying to portray here!! :P

here's another video, although i dun think u can c wat is it.. it's actually fireworks falling from the bridge..just like a waterfall.. omigod.. it was magnificent.. and the song that they played.. just so right.. so compatible with the fireworks.. felt like crying actually.. suddenly thoughts of my bf leaving me appears at the back of my head.. :(oh btw, after tat, make sure u fastforward it will about 4 minute plus, cos u can't really c much in between :)

during this movie also, the pilot, *the one who fly the jet that looks like a blob of fire* propose to his gf. AWWWW!! so sweet! :P

did i mention that this whole fireworks display last for 30 minutes? =-= hahah

anywayz, after the fireworks ended, ronnie and the gang wanted to go play some snooker.. yeap~ a korean place to hangout, owned by Koreans, even the ice creams are imported from Korea.. haha :P here's a pic of my baby in action.. haha :P
