i dun like my body!

as u all know, i have lost 27 kilos.. but why on earth am i still fat? im struggling with the last 5 kilos actually.. i have never reach my ultimate goal yet. however, losing 27kilo is like .. wow! what an achievement!i'm still in shocked .. 27 kilos is a lot okay!:D but losing it too quickly has its disadvantages.now my whole body is like so disproportional lar!!!

i'll show u what i mean.
here, i have a quite-a-flat-stomach(i say quite ah.. not completely okie) :D my friends constantly tell me that my body (tummy area) is small .. happy~but now a bit bigger already.. due to excessive eating everyday.

but what i'm very unhappy bout is my love handles. my huge arms. tine told me those are not fats, but extra skins because i lose weight too quickly.. aiz..y me? y ME?

u know, i think my arms are as big as my bf's thighs..haha
i hate my arms .. look at my strech marks!! argh! if i can't lose my 5 kilo, i wish to lose 2-3 inches for both of my arms. seriously.

ooh ya, how can i forget.. my thighs.. they are super huge as well.. :( aiz..now i walk less to uni because the weather outside is terribly cold, so i use the free loop more often now.. and the consequences? hen ta hen ta de thighs!

u shd be happy with yourself now already la! but maybe just need to tone up on your arms and thighs la.. not much fat to lost already.. and as Joe says.. when we build muscle, weight will increase. it's the muscles's mass, not FATS!! UNDERSTAND!!!!

wow, that is really something! you've really lost a lotta weight.
But allow me to remind you to also balance your diet, not just stop eating, but make sure you still eat, but controlled volume and do a lot of sports.
Work it out, that way, the metabolism is controlled more effeciently la.
No point getting the figure you want and then getting something you do not want.

ivy: i understand!!!! :P wa still remember joe huh? do u still go to gym ah vi? here, my apartment got gym, but very che kai wan~ :D so did not go lo.. maybe i'll use it during the hols.. haiz! bluek! yea will exercise more often geh! for my arms n thighs!

laine: yea lo.. i know.. but very hard la .. seriously.. my friend suggest that i gain all the weight back, and lose weight again..but this time, lose weight slowly wor..so won have those extra skins!!
