Koala Sanctuary!

From the title itself, it is obvious that the main attraction of the place are KOALAS!!!!!!!cute cute bulat bulat koalas!!!! hahha furry ballz!!!


We actually planned this just the day before the outing!!! soo last minute rite? but my baby did research like crazy about the place before telling me bout the plan. hehe.. he wants to make sure that the trip is worth our money, energy and time (not like we have a lot of things to do at home though) XD


at first, he asked me if i wanted to go Lone Pine.. I was HUH?? the 1st thing that came into my mind was TREES?! see trees?!?!?! but i didn't show much facial expression and say ok lar... but after that he continued saying.. Can see crocodiles arh, reptiles arh, kangaroos arh, and .. KOALAS!!!!!!!!!!!

btw, that morning before going to the Koala Sanctuary, we went to the Museum in South Bank, the one i blogged about previously, cos baby has never been there and that we didn't want to reach the koala sanctuary too early as most of the animals will be still sleeping and inactive~ hehe*


so about 1230 we reached the lone pine koala sanctuary, and went in, full with anxiety~ first, we were greeted by these!!!!!!... eee bats!!! furry body but plastic-looking wings.. =-= weird.. quite huge kno~?~?




walked further inside and saw this huge biawak.. eeEEeeEE




wat's with all this bats and lizards!??!?!

went to the barn and saw this two pity looking pony... i think it's a pony.. the head is huge!! ans the body is so small... the legs are soo short.. no wonder they look so sad.. :( look so disproportionate like tat!!





... baby feeling sad for the pony.. he felt a connection with the pony.. n start talking to it.. =-='''

must play play with them!! wee!~~ i always love chics ever since i was a lil child.. so cute!!! :P but big edi not cute lar.. but i like fried chicken lar.. YUM!! XD *well, i did eat KFC after the outing* =-=





the guinea pig so huge.. i've never hold one before.. so fluffy~~! reminded me of dr doolittle's guinea pig.. hahaha XD baby's guinea pig fur colour is so peculiar than the rest!! grey!!! aiyoyoy! reminded me of baby seal :)





it's not only the sanctuary for koalas... but it's also a Kangaroo Sanctuary~~



a field full of emaciated kangaroos!! they were so thin!! it's weird cos they were so many people
feeding them , and they barely move, didn't see any kangaroos jump at all, well except for wallabies that is.. :) hence i dun c any reason y the kangaroos are so thin!!! probably they are bored of the same food that they are feed with. seriously. looked like hamster's food to me . =-=


they were many other animals too... but the pictures are quite blurry so i didn't want to put them up ~ muah!!
