strawberry madness!!!

it's fruit season !!!

which means! loads of durian back in Malaysia!!! am i right? been reading a lot of blogs lately bout our *king of all Fruits* , and i missed it dearly!! :(



looking back, around this season, my father will buy a sack of durians, prolly bout 15-20 durians to feed our family, well, except for my eldest bro, HE HATES EM. he says durians are smelly =-=.. but that makes them unique mar! hor? agree?

i luv durians!! too bad i won be getting any this year, well, maybe end of the year, where i can get those packet ones in Jaya Jusco! :P not like there isn't any durian here, but durians grown in australia? ok..tat's weird.. and selling em in a convenience shop? and inside a freezer with the outer shell attached? er.. sorry! but i ain;t gonna try that. n it's pricey too.. :P

durians aside, i love bananas too! one of my top list fave fruit! ! i love eating em with cereals, in milkshakes, with chocolates, and etc. ugh!! people thinks tat banana n chocolate combination is weird!.. where got!! it's heaven lor!!especially in cakes!!



but sad to say, bananas here are expensive, about aud 8.50 per kilo. crazy rite? tat's like rm 22 for one kilo.. =-='' guess i won be having bananas for a while.. :P boo hoo!

however, strawberries & oranges *both are also my fave fruits* are found plentiful here and very cheap indeed! i bought 2 packets of strawberries for aud 5.



OOOOO and they are unbelievably huge! u can't find those in msia.. hm.. maybe
cameron highlands? not to mention, the strawberries are so sweet! i like i like!
